Rowland, Inc. Awarded JEA Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Contract

Rowland, Inc., Pinellas Park, FL was awarded the JEA Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Contract on May 21, 2011. The manhole rehabilitation contract is for $500,000 and continues for three years with up to two additional annual renewal periods.
