Rowland, Inc., Pinellas Park, FL was given a purchase order for $282,000 from the City of Pompano Beach, Florida for the rehabilitation of manholes. The purchase order piggybacks the Pinellas County Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Contract #101-0023-CP.
